About Fashion Flowers
A Danish production nursery run by Charlotte and Jakob. Two horticultural families, one company and a range shaped over more than twenty seasons.
Charlotte and Jakob
Fashion Flowers was founded by Charlotte and Jakob in 2004. From the outset the focus has been to grow healthy plants that bring life and joy to the consumer – indoors as well as outdoors.
Jakob is responsible for production, administration and contract sales. Charlotte handles daily sales and dispatch. As a customer you therefore speak directly with the people who are also in the greenhouse.
23,000 m² at two sites
Production is located at Nistedvej and Kirkegyden near Odense. Two sites make room for running several crops in parallel and keeping a steady flow through the year.
We continuously develop the range so new colours, shapes and sizes are always on their way in the greenhouses.

From horticultural families to our own nursery
2004
Charlotte and Jakob found Fashion Flowers, building on the experience of two horticultural families.
2008
Baseline year for our energy consumption. Since then electricity is down around 25% and heat around 40%.
2023-2024
Greenhouse lighting at both sites is replaced with LED, supported by the EU rural development fund.
I dag
23,000 m² of production at two sites in Odense with a focused range for professional customers across Europe.
Craft in production
Flower induction, climate control and timing are craft. Our team knows the crops and follows them week by week, so batches stay uniform and deliveries predictable.
Our employees are a big part of why it works. Many have been with us for many seasons.
